Yes. When you book Berry Hill, you have the entire 75 acres to yourself for the dates of your booking. No other guests, no shared spaces.

The Homestead (sleeps 7), 3 Shed Suites (sleeps 6 collectively) and up to 20 Luxury Eco-Glamping tents (sleeps up to 40). Total on-site capacity is 53. Full details on the Property page.
Yes. Berry Hill is designed for multi-day stays. Weddings generally run for 2 nights, however additional nights can be booked if required.
Yes. There are pubs, hotels and B&Bs in nearby Wisemans Ferry and Glenorie if you have more guests than can sleep on site. We can share a list of preferred local options.
The ground-floor of the Homestead and the Shed Suites have step-free access. We have a wheelchair accessible suite in one of the Shed rooms, a disabled-access bathroom at the Riverview Marquee and disabled parking. Many of the walking paths and event spaces are accessible. Let us know your group's needs ahead of a site visit and we'll walk you through what works.
Yes. All 20 bell tents have power.

Up to 180 guests for ceremonies and cocktail receptions, with seated dinners for up to 150 in the Riverview Marquee. On-site accommodation sleeps 53, with additional guests staying at nearby properties.
Yes. We are a BYO venue with a fully equipped commercial kitchen. We have a preferred supplier list we can share, but you are free to bring your own caterers, florists, planners and photographers.
Yes. The sample run on the weddings page is only a starting point. We work with you and your planner to build a weekend that suits your vision and your guests.
The Riverview Marquee is fully weatherproof and can take the entire event under cover if needed. The Glass-front Studio is also available as a contingency option, for an additional hire fee if needed.
A 14-metre clear-span marquee with hardwood flooring and fairy lights. Seats up to 150 guests.
Yes. Tables and chairs are provided for up to 150 people.
Yes. Berry Hill is 100% BYO with no corkage fee. We have a Dan Murphy's partnership for purchases, and our preferred suppliers can set up and run your bar.

Yes. Amplified music is turned off by 11:30pm. Acoustic and indoor music can continue past, and Berry Hill's location on private acreage means very few other constraints.
You can book a private coach service to the property.
Yes. 2 kilometres of private Hawkesbury River frontage with a sandy beach, kayaks and paddleboards. Swimming is at your own risk.
Boats can be anchored off our private beach, or launched from Cliftonville Ski Lodge 2 kilometres down the road.
The nearest petrol is at Maroota garage. Ice can be bought at Cliftonville Lodge.
For weddings, a planner or stylist is recommended (and is often the difference between an enjoyable day and a stressful one). For retreats, off-sites and shoots, our on-site coordination is included.
Yes. An Operations Manager can be on site each Saturday from 3pm to midnight.
Berry Hill carries public liability insurance. For weddings and large events we recommend you also take out event insurance, which a planner can help organise.
